Introducing Dr. Matt Ross - Executive Director of Secondary Programs
Dr. Matt Ross, our new CALE High School Director, brings a wealth of education experience, holding a Bachelors to Ed.D in Educational Leadership. As a High School Social Studies Teacher and Coach, Matt has implemented academic and behavioral interventions, excelling as a trainer for creating safe learning environments. His expertise extends to developing building-wide crisis management plans and utilizing standards-based grading for effective feedback.

With a passion for student growth, both socially and academically, Matt is dedicated to fostering successful post-secondary graduation plans. Join us in extending a warm welcome to Dr. Matt Ross as he leads our high school community towards excellence!
