Welcome to The CALE School's Parent Portal, your one-stop destination for seamless communication and staying connected as part of our CALE family!

Whether it's important messages from teachers, filling out (re)enrollment paperwork, accessing gradecards, or managing tuition invoices securely online – it's all at your fingertips - in your email inbox or on the SchoolCues Parent App.

STEP 1: Register Your Account
1. Go to and click on the button  Sign in | Sign up
2. On the next page, click  New User Sign Up
3. Enter the invitation code CALECUES (case sensitive) 
4. Enter your e-mail address and password and confirm password
5. Enter the verification code shown
6. Accept the terms and click on create user

STEP 2: Activate Your Account
After your account is created, you will receive a confirmation email from with instructions to activate your account. Click on the link in the e-mail, this will activate your account. After this, you will be able to login using your e-mail as login id and password at

Note: Make sure your e-mail spam settings and security settings are set to allow e-mails from If you do not see an e-mail from in your inbox, please check your spam folder.

STEP 3: Review and Sign School Forms

Once your account is activated, your school year contract will be available for you to review and submit. You can also make tuition payments, see the school calendar, and confirm your phone number to receive important school information via text message.

STEP 4: Download the SchoolCues Parent App
The SchoolCues Parent Mobile App allows parents to receive, view and respond to communications from The CALE School on your mobile phones. Available for iPhone and Android devices, the app can be downloaded on the Apple or Google Play Store. Simply enter your parent login credentials and you're connected!
